Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator with 3 years+ experience to develop engaging and impactful content across digital platforms. The role involves writing, planning, and collaborating with teams to support brand communication, audience engagement, and marketing goals.  

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns 

  • Collaborate with content writers with social media copy, captions, blogs, and short-form content aligned with brand voice 

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams for content planning 

  • Research trends and generate new content ideas in technology field 

  • Maintain a content calendar and meet deadlines 

  • Adapt content for different platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, website, etc.) 

  • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics 

  • Support employer branding and internal communication content when required 

  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and tone of voice 

  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and platform updates and familiarity with AI-based content tools 

  • Lead content ideation sessions with the wider team to demonstrate creativity and knowledge-sharing 

Preferred Skills

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills 

  • Strong background in content strategy and creating videos 
  • Understanding of social media platforms and their engagement analytics 
  • Creativity and attention to detail in content (videos, motion graphics, static graphics, web content) 

  • Experience and knowledge in service and product based technology field is preferred 

Educational Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field 

  • Relevant certifications or training in content writing or digital media will be an added advantage

Work Duration 

Candidate will be working at UK hours, in local BD time from 2.00 PM to 11.00 PM.
